To expand my layering skills, I'm using a set of WheelDecide wheels. Any spin on all 3 wheels will give me a starting movement, and then a second spin on all 3 wheels will give me a 2nd movement that I'll try to do simultaneously. Some combinations will be trickier; some combinations will be inapplicable to stage performance. Thankfully I don't need this exercise to generate a bunch of performance-worthy movement material. I need it to train muscle isolations.
